Efficient Online Registration & Payment: A seamless, fully online process that can be completed overnight.
24/7 WhatsApp Contact: Direct communication with your guardians.
Personal Onboarding Call: Prior to your child's arrival in the UK, we will meet online with you and your child.
Access to Emergency Accommodation at our homes: Your child can stay with us in our homes if necessary.
Transport Arrangements: Enjoy access to PORTOLA’s trusted chauffeur service.
The PORTOLA London Guide: We provide an interactive guide to our preffered Restaurants, Hotels and things to do across London and the UK.
We are fully AEGIS accredited and meet all the standards required by schools for guardianship organisations, as well as the criteria needed for UKVI visa applications.
The path to a PORTOLA Guardianship

We’ll respond with our enrolment form and payment details. Once the form is completed and reviewed, we’ll provide everything you need to support your child’s visa and school arrangements.
Before your child arrives in the UK, we’ll schedule a personal video call to introduce ourselves and get to know your family.
While your child is in the UK, we’ll stay in touch via WhatsApp, checking in regularly on their travel arrangements. And of course, we’re always available to assist with anything else that may arise.
