European Service
£ 300 per term and a one-off Registration Fee of £ 150
PORTOLA’s European Service is the perfect option for European students who intend to return home for half term and exeat weekends. It includes:
24/7 Emergency Availability: For you, your child, and their school, accessible from our London-based guardians, Laura & Aline.
Efficient Online Registration & Payment: A seamless, fully online process that can be completed overnight.
24/7 WhatsApp Contact: Direct communication with your guardians.
Personal Onboarding Call: Prior to your child's arrival in the UK, we will meet online with you and your child.
Access to Emergency Accommodation at our homes: Your child can stay with us in our homes if necessary.
Transport Arrangements: Enjoy access to PORTOLA’s trusted chauffeur service.
The PORTOLA London Guide: We provide an interactive guide to our preffered Restaurants, Hotels and things to do across London and the UK.
We are fully AEGIS accredited and meet all the standards required by schools for guardianship organisations, as well as the criteria needed for UKVI visa applications.
The path to a PORTOLA Guardianship
Begin by sending us an enquiry via our contact form.
We will respond personally within 24 hours and share detailed information about our services, along with a link to our enrolment form. Once we have reviewed your completed form, we will provide all the necessary guidance and documentation to support your child’s visa and school arrangements. At this stage, you are officially onboarded and will receive an invoice for the £150 registration fee.
Before your child arrives in the UK, we will arrange a personal video call to introduce ourselves and get to know your family. This helps us ensure that we can offer the right level of care and support from the very beginning. Following the call, we will issue the invoice for the term fee, based on the length of your child’s stay.
Once your child is in the UK, we remain in close contact via WhatsApp, checking in regularly on their wellbeing and travel arrangements. You can rely on us to be available whenever needed, providing reassurance and support throughout their time here.
